New Haven to Springfield Rail Project Update
This study provided a point-in-time status report on all the aspects of the New Haven to Springfield Rail Project to date. It brought together information from the project's many interested parties, including AMTRAK, the Connecticut Department of Transportation, regional planning organizations in Connecticut and Massachusetts, and local governments.
Status
The PRI committee approved the update topic on April 17, 2014, and the update scope on May 15, 2014.
On October 1, 2014, committee staff presented an update on the status report, followed by a public hearing. On December 11, 2014, a final status report was presented to the committee.
