2011 Community Action Agencies

This study focused on evaluating how community action agencies (CAAs) may assist state agencies in expediting eligibility determinations for select social service programs. The study examined any duplication of effort between CAAs and state agencies and assessed possible cost-savings opportunities.

Status

The PRI committee approved the scope of study at its September 27, 2011 meeting and received the staff report on May 29, 2012. The committee voted to accept the report in September 2012.
