RBA Pilot Project Study 2010: DOT Project Delivery |
This study used the principles of Results-Based Accountability to assess the Department of Transportation project delivery process for major improvements to the state transportation system. DOT policies and procedures were evaluated using a case study method to determine if major transportation projects have been delivered efficiently, while taking into account state transportation system goals related to mobility, safety, quality, economic development, environmental protection, and public accountability. |

Status
The PRI committee met on December 16, 2010 to hear and vote
on staff findings and proposed recommendations for this
study, and adopted the report unanimously.
