2010 Higher Education Governance Structure and CT State University System Administrative Functions

This study examined two distinct areas related to public higher education in Connecticut: 1) Connecticut's higher education governance structure; and 2) back-office administration and cost savings efforts made to date in the Connecticut State University System.

Status

The PRI committee approved a report on higher education governance structure in December 2010, after its staff presented findings and proposed recommendations on December 16, 2010. The committee approved a report for the second part of the study on the Connecticut State University System administrative functions also after a staff presentation in March 2011.
