Welcome to the Legislative Business Department (LBD) website. The website has been developed to help Legislators, Legislative Employees, and the Supplier Community locate resources and understand how the LBD can assist you. The LBD consists of three functional groups including Procurement Services, Support Services and Financial Services located in Rooms 5100 and 1210 at the Legislative Office Building.
