Statutes of Limitations Regarding Sexual Abuse, Sexual Exploitation and Sexual Assault Task Force

PA 19-16 Combating Sexual Assault and Sexual Harassment. To study whether the statutes of limitations to recover damages for personal injury to minors and adults caused by sexual abuse, sexual exploitation or sexual assault should be amended. The task force shall examine the applicable statutes of limitations in this state & that of other states. Such examination shall include review of reviving claims that are otherwise time barred.
