Task Force to Study Establishing a Postsecondary Prison Education Program Office in the DOC

Sec. 2. Section 2 of public act 21-132 is repealed and the following is substituted in lieu thereof (Effective from passage): (a) There is established a task force to study the costs and benefits of establishing a Postsecondary Prison Education Program Office within the Department of Correction.
