The Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies is amended by adding Sections 22a-134tt-1 to 22a-134tt-13, inclusive; 22a-134tt-App1 to 22a-134tt-App13, inclusive; 22a-6b-8(c)(5); and 22a-450-1(d)(3); and is amended in Sections 22a-133k-1 to 22a-133k-3, inclusive; 22a-133q-1 to 22a-133q-7, inclusive; 22a-133q-9; and 22a-133q-App1 and 22a-133q-App2.
