MODEL FOOD CODE IMPLEMENTATION

The Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies is amended by adding Sections 19a-36h-1 to 19a-36h-7; amending Sections 19-13-B59(a), 19-13-B94, 19-13-D6(f)(4), 19-13-F6(e), 19a-2a-29(h)(1), 19a-495-6f(b)(5); and repealing Sections 19-13-B40, 19-13-B42, 19-13-B48, and 19-13-B49.
