AN ACT CONCERNING HEALTH INSURANCE, BREAST CANCER AND BREAST HEALTH.

To: (1) Expand required health insurance coverage for benefits related to breast cancer; and (2) establish a program to provide outreach to women of color regarding the importance of breast health and early breast cancer detection.
