AN ACT CONCERNING TELEHEALTH AND THE VETERINARIAN-CLIENT-PATIENT RELATIONSHIP.

To allow veterinarians to provide telehealth services and to establish certain standards with regard to a veterinarian-client-patient relationship in the context of the provision of such services.
