AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE RETENTION OF UNCLAIMED BOTTLE DEPOSITS BY DISTRIBUTORS AND REQUIRING AN INCREASE IN THE HANDLING FEE PAID TO REDEMPTION CENTERS.
To shift unclaimed bottle deposits from the state to beverage distributors and to require distributors to fairly compensate bottle redemption stores for each container they redeem.
