AN ACT CONCERNING THE URBAN REINVESTMENT ACT AND THE FEDERAL NEW MARKETS TAX CREDIT PROGRAM AND CORRECTING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

To amend the Urban Reinvestment Act to address differences between it and the federal New Markets Tax Credit Program, in order to encourage additional investment in the state.
