AN ACT PROVIDING STATE-FUNDED MEDICAL COVERAGE TO CHILDREN IN THE CARE OF THE DEPARTMENT OF DEVELOPMENTAL SERVICES.

To expand eligibility for state-funded medical assistance to include children under the care and supervision of the Department of Developmental Services who are ineligible for Medicaid.
