AN ACT CONCERNING THE SILVER ALERT SYSTEM AND MAINTAINING THE PRIVACY OF A MISSING PERSON'S MEDICAL INFORMATION.

To require the Missing Children Information Clearinghouse to establish protocols for maintaining the confidentiality of the medical information it collects, discovers or otherwise obtains.
