AN ACT CONCERNING THE DIESEL FUEL TAX.
To increase the motor fuel tax on diesel fuel, exempt such fuel from the petroleum gross earnings tax, and make corresponding adjustments in the transfers from the gross earnings tax to the Special Transportation Fund.
