AN ACT CONCERNING ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS, IN-STATE MICRO BUSINESSES AND THE STANDARD WAGE.

To authorize licensed professional engineers to certify that work done on economic development projects is done in accordance with state requirements in order to expedite the completion of such projects.
