AN ACT CONCERNING DISCLOSURES BY HOME IMPROVEMENT CONTRACTORS AND NEW HOME CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTORS.

To require new home construction contractors and home improvement contractors to disclose to consumers entities in which they have an interest.
