AN ACT CONCERNING MUNICIPAL ENFORCEMENT OF OCCUPATIONAL LICENSURE LAWS AND DEFINING MILLWRIGHT WORK.

To encourage municipal enforcement of occupational licensing laws by giving municipal building departments a share in the revenue collected for violations of such laws.
