AN ACT CONCERNING THE USE OF PERFLUOROALKYL OR POLYFLUOROALKYL SUBSTANCES IN CLASS B FIREFIGHTING FOAM.
To prohibit the use of firefighting foam containing PFAS for training purposes and establish a take-back program for such products.
