AN ACT CONCERNING THE ALLOCATION OF SLOTS FOR STATE-FUNDED CHILD CARE CENTERS.

To allow certain operators of a child care center to allocate up to thirty per cent of the spaces at such center to children who are members of families with incomes above seventy-five per cent of the state median income.
