AN ACT CONCERNING APPRENTICESHIP PATHWAYS TO EARNING A BACHELOR'S DEGREE.

To require the Labor Department and the Board of Regents for Higher Education to jointly establish nontraditional pathways to earning a bachelor's degree through apprenticeships.
