AN ACT CONCERNING THE SUSPENSION OF DELINQUENCY PROCEEDINGS FOR FIRE STARTING BEHAVIOR TREATMENT.

To permit the court to suspend a delinquency proceeding for certain fire starting offenses and order a child to participate in a fire starting behavior treatment program.
