AN ACT CONCERNING ENHANCED EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR INCARCERATED INDIVIDUALS.

To require the Commissioner of Correction to establish a job training program that permits an incarcerated individual to participate in a vocational training program that is designed to qualify the individual for an apprenticeship position upon release from incarceration.
