AN ACT CONCERNING THE POWER OF THE COMMISSIONER OF TRANSPORTATION TO CONDUCT A MILEAGE TAX STUDY WITH STATE FUNDS.

To prohibit the Commissioner of Transportation from expending state funds for a federal study of mileage tax on motor vehicles operated on state highways.
