AN ACT CONCERNING MENTAL HEALTH CARE SERVICES AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE SERVICES PROVIDED BY CERTIFIED PEER COUNSELORS.

To require that certain health insurance policies cover nonmedical mental health care and substance abuse services provided by certified peer counselors.
