AN ACT CONCERNING THE DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES' RECOMMENDATIONS REGARDING THE ADOPTION OF THE STATE BUILDING AND FIRE CODES.

To remove the State Building Code, the State Fire Prevention Code and the Fire Safety Code from the regulation-making proceedings set forth in chapter 54 of the general statutes.
