AN ACT CONCERNING CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT PROGRAM COMPLIANCE AND IMPROVEMENTS.

To: (1) Comply with Title IV-D program requirements in the federal Deficit Reduction Act of 2005; (2) adopt the 2001 revisions to the Uniform Interstate Family Support Act, as recommended by the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws; and (3) make other improvements to the Connecticut child support enforcement program.
