AN ACT ESTABLISHING A LONG-TERM CARE INITIATIVE.

To permit individuals with significant resources to assume responsibility for a substantial portion of the cost of their long-term care by allowing a long-term care policy to be offered in this state that includes an extended elimination period not to exceed four years.
