AN ACT CONCERNING STOLEN MILITARY VALOR AND DISCRIMINATION AGAINST MEMBERS OF THE ARMED FORCES.

To (1) increase penalties for fraudulent use of a military uniform and discrimination against members of the armed forces, and (2) establish penalties for false claims of receipt of military medals.
