AN ACT CONCERNING AN EXEMPTION FOR ANTIQUES.

To exempt antiques containing mercury that have a written certification from an antique dealer that they were manufactured prior to January 1, 2004, from the prohibition of sections 22a-617 and 22a-619 of the general statutes.
