AN ACT CONCERNING TREATMENT OPTIONS FOR DEFENDANTS FOUND NOT COMPETENT TO STAND TRIAL.

To permit the court, in appropriate cases, to order community placement and treatment of certain defendants who have been found not competent to stand trial and have been placed in the custody of the Commissioner of Mental Health and Addiction Services.
