AN ACT CONCERNING ARTIFICIAL INSEMINATION BY DONOR.

To make the law concerning the status and rights of children born as a result of artificial insemination applicable in cases of donated eggs as well as donated sperm, and provide that an identified or anonymous donor of sperm or eggs shall not have any right or interest in any child born as a result of artificial insemination.
