AN ACT CONCERNING THE APPOINTMENT OF THE COMMISSIONER OF EDUCATION.

To require the chairperson of the State Board of Education to hold a degree in education, and to provide that the appointment of the Commissioner of Education go through the legislative executive nominations process.
