AN ACT CONCERNING GAMING PRODUCTS AND RAFFLE PRIZES.

To allow low-stake cash prizes for organizations conducting duck-race, frog-race or traditional raffles pursuant to a "Class No. 1", "Class No. 2" or "Class No. 4" permit, to require the registration of bingo product manufacturers and dealers and sealed ticket dispensing machine manufacturers and dealers, to permit the sale of sheet tickets issued by the Division of Special Revenue in a teacup raffle, and to permit tuition raffles.
