AN ACT CONCERNING THE PROTECTION OF CONSUMERS FROM UNLICENSED CONTRACTORS, CRIMINAL SIMULATION AND THE RESALE OF TICKETS TO ENTERTAINMENT EVENTS.

To increase the penalty for plumbers, electricians and those engaged in solar work, heating, piping, cooling and sheet metal work, fire protection sprinkler system work, automotive glass or flat glass work without a license or certificate and to allow a court to impose a probation period for up to five years to obtain restitution for victims.
