AN ACT CONCERNING THE EMERGENCY PLANS OF OPERATIONS OF SHORELINE COMMUNITIES AND THE DESIGNATION OF LIQUEFIED NATURAL GAS HAZARD AND SECURITY ZONES.

To require that shoreline communities submit emergency response plans that include proposed response to an emergency involving the liquefied natural gas terminal proposed to be located on Long Island Sound and to require shoreline communities to submit such plans to the General Assembly, commissioner and the public safety committee.
