AN ACT CONCERNING APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY TAX TO QUASI-PUBLIC AGENCIES AND EXTENSION OF CERTAIN PREVIOUSLY WAIVED PROPERTY TAX EXEMPTIONS IN THE CITY OF BRIDGEPORT.

To enable a municipality to tax any portion of property owned by a quasi-public agency that is used as a revenue source not within the scope of the governmental duty of such quasi-public agency.
