AN ACT CONCERNING AUTOMATIC ERASURE OF CRIMINAL RECORDS AND BAIL FOR PERSONS CHARGED WITH MISDEMEANOR DRUG POSSESSION.

To ensure that criminal records subject to erasure are automatically erased and to provide notifications of such erasure.
