AN ACT CONCERNING THE SALE OR DELIVERY OF BODY ARMOR TO FIREFIGHTERS AND EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICE PROVIDERS.

To allow an authorized official of a municipality and an emergency medical services organization to purchase body armor on behalf of a firefighter and emergency medical services personnel without a face-to-face meeting with the transferor of the body armor at the time of sale or delivery.
