AN ACT RENAMING THE BUREAU OF CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT TO THE OFFICE OF CHILD SUPPORT SERVICES.

To change the name of the Bureau of Child Support Enforcement within the Department of Social Services to the Office of Child Support Services to characterize more accurately and completely the mission of the IV-D agency for clients and the public.
