AN ACT ELIMINATING THE FEES ASSOCIATED WITH THE ELECTRONIC FILING OF AN ANNUAL REPORT BY A LIMITED PARTNERSHIP OR LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY.

To eliminate the filing fee for a limited partnership or limited liability corporation which electronically transmits its annual report to the Office of the Secretary of the State.
