AN ACT CONCERNING A RESPITE PILOT PROGRAM TO SAVE MEDICAID HOSPITALIZATION COSTS.

To save money in state Medicaid costs related to unnecessary hospitalization of homeless persons who require medical care but whose medical needs do not require hospitalization.
