AN ACT CONCERNING GPS MONITORING OF CONVICTED PERSONS AWAITING SENTENCING FOR AGGRAVATED SEXUAL ASSAULT.

To require any person awaiting sentencing for aggravated sexual assault to be monitored by a global positioning system device.
