AN ACT CONCERNING THE PURCHASE OF MEDICARE SUPPLEMENT POLICIES BY QUALIFIED MEDICARE BENEFICIARIES.

To allow a qualified Medicare beneficiary, to the extent permissible by federal law, to purchase a Medicare supplement policy.
