AN ACT CONCERNING VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES.

To provide a mechanism for monitoring the number of small businesses owned by veterans and disabled veterans in the state to determine whether future legislation establishing state contracting preferences for such businesses is appropriate.
