AN ACT CONCERNING WORKERS' COMPENSATION COVERAGE FOR POLICE OFFICERS, FIREFIGHTERS AND EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES PROVIDERS WITH POST-TRAUMATIC STRESS DISORDER.

To provide workers' compensation coverage to police officers and firefighters suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder as a direct result of witnessing the death of a human being or the immediate aftermath of such death.
