AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TASK FORCE TO STUDY SUBSTANCE ABUSE TREATMENT REFERRAL PROGRAMS ESTABLISHED BY MUNICIPAL POLICE DEPARTMENTS.

To study substance abuse treatment referral programs established by municipal police departments that refer persons with an opioid use disorder or persons seeking recovery from drug addiction to substance abuse treatment facilities.
