AN ACT CONCERNING THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE COMMISSIONER OF EMERGENCY SERVICES AND PUBLIC PROTECTION TO VERIFY THAT PERSONS APPLYING FOR CERTAIN FIREARM PERMITS HAVE NOT BEEN CONFINED IN A HOSPITAL PURSUANT TO A PHYSICIAN'S EMERGENCY CERTIFICATE.

To require the Commissioner of Emergency Services and Public Protection to verify that persons applying for certain firearm permits have not been confined in a hospital pursuant to a physician's emergency certificate.
