AN ACT CONCERNING THE REGISTRATION OF MOTOR VEHICLES REGISTERED OUT OF STATE.

To require the in-state registration of motor vehicles registered out of state if such motor vehicles most frequently leave from or return to or remain in one or more points within the state.
